Agenda
1:00 - Call to order, appoint facilitator, timekeeper and review agenda
1:15 - Approve the proposed bylaws for the (statutory) Cook County Green Party Central Committee
1:45 - Approve revisions to the interim bylaws for the Cook County Green Party (Locals council)
2:15- Confirm details for the meeting of the interim Cook County Central Committee that is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 26. such as:
- Final proposal for bylaws for memers to consider and adopt.
- Communication must be made to all of the county committee members that include the bylaws draft, meeting announcement and agenda - who will do this? Do we have a list of all these people?
- Location and logistics: Park National Bank – Oak Park, Madison and Austin Blvd,
- other?
2:30 - Primary election related issues such as:
- The situation with committeepersons in certain wards.
- Strategy related to campaigns after the primary - priority focus?
3:00 - Other business;
3:15 - Tasks and assignments review; next meeting?

1:30 - Meeting commenced late, then Wes showed up to graciously provide us with quorum
1:40 - started discussion of CCCC bylaws
- consensus to change article 5-B
- consensus that we increase the quorum requirement to equal to or greater than 50%
- consensus that we change item 5 of the chairperson's responsibility in 3-B
2:15 - consensus to submit existing draft of the CCCC bylaws to the CC meeting on January 26th for that body to approve.
3:03 - discussion of CCGP bylaws begun
- consensus reached on the breaking out or article 2-E,F into a new Article 3 for Membership Meetings. Renumbered the rest of the articles to make room. This defined a Special Membership Meeting.
- consensus to add Article 9 defining amendment process
- consensus to add Article 10 defining when this bylaws document goes into effect
3:20 - consensus to submit existing draft of the CCGP bylaws to the County Convention.
3:30 - Discussion of logistics of CCCC meeting on January 26th.
3:33 - Wes suggested that the website has a list of all the candidates in Cook County.
3:35 - Craig accepted an action item to flesh out the CCCC web page on the site.
3:40 - Some discussion about the proposal to open an office in Chicago, Craig accepted an action item to get the proposal and some discussion of the office onto the cookcodiscussion list.
3:45 - Discussion of the logistics for the Feb 23rd Convention, and the March 5th and 8th meetings. Christian N. will contact the Experimental Station to see if we can have the meeting there. He should get answers back to us within the week.
3:50 - Jan Flavia agreed to contact the International Conference Center and People's church regarding use of space for meetings on the 5th and the 8th of March, as well as something to coordinate with the National Convention.
