2pm - Prompt start with Introductions

2:10 - Appoint facilitator, timekeeper, and stack keeper

2:15 - Submission of bylaws draft for approval. The proposed bylaws are available at the Cook County Green Party website: CCCC_Bylaws_Draft

2:45 - Appoint interim officers; Chair and Secretary

3:00 - End of business portion of meeting

2:00 -- Introductions

2:15 -- Bylaws draft was submitted for discussion and approval

3:00 -- Bylaws were approved by consensus

3:10 -- A proposal that Jack Ailey be appointed as Chair, and Craig Brozefsky as secretary of the CC was submitted and agreed to by consensus.

3:15 -- A proposal to appoint several new members to the CC was proposed but consensus could not be reached.

4:15 -- A proposal to invite possible appointees to the CC to the March 8th meeting of the CC was proposed and agreed to by consensus.

4:16 -- A proposal to adjourn was submitted and agreed to by consensus
